Eligibility: The Smoke City Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 21 years or older at the time of enrollment.

Membership: Enrollment in the Program is free. Participants must provide valid and accurate personal information when enrolling. Only one account is allowed per person.

Earning Points:

Points can be earned by making eligible purchases at participating Smoke City locations or through specific activities.

Points are awarded based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, fees, and other excluded charges.

Points will be credited to the member's account within 3 days of the qualifying activity.

Redeeming Points:

Points are automatically converted to Reward Dollars. A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem $1 in Reward Dollars.

Once points are converted, they will be deducted from the member's account.

Expiration: Unless otherwise stated, points never expire from the date of issuance.

Referral Reward Dollars:

When you refer a new customer who signs up for Smoke City's Rewards Program and spends at least $25, you will earn $10 in Reward Dollars.

Birthday Reward Dollars:

On your birthday month you will be awarded $5 in Reward Dollars. Birthday Reward Dollars are issued on the 1st of the month of your birthday month and will expire within 30 days of issuance.

Use of Rewards Dollars:

Reward Dollars can be redeemed on regular priced items. Some restrictions may apply for using Reward Dollars on discounted items, and application of Reward Dollars is at the sole discretion of Smoke City.

Account Termination: Smoke City reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, or if the account remains inactive for 12 months or 1 year.

Program Changes: Smoke City reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the Rewards Program or any aspect of it, at any time and without notice.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Rewards Program, members agree that Smoke City and its affiliates will have no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Privacy: Personal information collected from members will be used in accordance with Smoke City's Privacy Policy.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from or related to the Rewards Program will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County.
