Refunds and Cancellation Policy

This policy refers to online orders only in-store return policies may differ.

Welcome to Smokecityvegas.com We want to ensure you have a smooth and pleasant experience while shopping with us. Below you'll find our policy on refunds and cancellations.

Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at no extra cost within 30-minutes of placing the order. Please contact customer service at (702) 550-2175 to cancel your order.

  2. After Shipment or Delivery: Once the order has been shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the date of delivery of your order, following the guidelines below.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: You have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it, and in the unopened sealed original packaging.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: we cannot accept some items as indicated below.

  3. Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@smokecityvegas.com or (702) 550-2175. Please provide your Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and the reason for your return. We may need to see if the items are damaged or defective before we can make an exchange or refund. If you received the items damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the items as you received them.

  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping or delivery costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  1. Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

  2. Amount: If approved, you'll receive a full refund of the item cost excluding any shipping or delivery fees.

  3. Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  4. Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.

  2. Procedure: Follow the same process as Returns for exchange approval and shipping.

Returned Shipping or Delivery Terms

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable either because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable because no adult signature or age verification, and goods are returned to us as undeliverable a refund will be offered. Packages delivered that are returned to our facility that have reached their final destination but are not claimed or orders sent back to our facility as undeliverable may be offered a refund. Shipping fees, delivery charges, and adult signature charges are unable to be refunded on returned orders.

Refund & Return Restrictions

Unfortunately, there are certain items we cannot accept for return or exchange.

  • Opened and used juice, salt-nic, or disposable e-cigarettes

  • Any opened item not in its original sealed packaging unless it is defective or damaged

  • Products not purchased from smokecityvegas.com

  • Opened and/or used devices or accessories

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom items

  • Clearance items
